Rules questions can turn on a single qualifier. Identify who has the duty, the road condition, and whether the question asks what is required, permitted, recommended, or safest. Do not choose a familiar phrase until it fits every part of the scenario. When a rule may have changed, cross-check current official source material rather than treating an old explanation as legal certainty.
After reading an explanation, create a simple scenario in which the rule matters. Decide what you would observe, when you would act, and which road user could be affected. This moves the rule from verbal recall into judgement. The practice app supports this by keeping category and explanation context beside each answered question.
Many difficult items involve an exception, priority conflict, unusual road condition, or vulnerable road user. Add a short note to missed questions describing the exception rather than copying the whole answer. Revisit that note after a delay and test whether you can explain why the tempting option fails.
This product is not RSA, Prometric, or an official rules publisher. Its role is to help you practise reasoning, track misses, and organise revision. Use current official materials for authoritative legal wording and use the report route when practice content appears ambiguous, contradictory, or outdated.
For each difficult item, record the duty word, the condition, the affected road user, and one reason the tempting answer fails. Keep the note short enough to test from memory later. When the issue concerns current law or an exact legal requirement, verify it against current official material and report any conflict in the practice content rather than silently learning an uncertain rule.
